Are you drinking enough water?

The suggested amount is to drink about 50%-75% of your body weight. According to the Alzheimer’s Association, proper hydration may help reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and Lou Gehrig’s disease. Most really do not drink enough water and therefore are dehydrated. It is very important to keep your body hydrated especially in the heat of South Florida. So, remember to stay hydrated!
